Questions
Before you pick a plan.
What counts as a tracked subscriber?
Anyone in your Stripe account with a subscription that is active, trialing, past due or unpaid. Canceled subscribers stop counting the moment they cancel.
What happens if I go over the cap?
Nothing sudden. Your subscribers keep syncing, your dashboard keeps working, and recovery emails keep going out for 14 more days while you decide. We email you the day it happens.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month through Stripe, you can cancel from the billing portal, and disconnecting your Stripe account stops everything the same minute.
Do I pay a percentage of what you recover?
No. A flat monthly fee, whatever we recover. A single recovered membership usually covers the month.
