Install Creator Dunning on your Stripe account

Creator Dunning emails a subscriber when their Stripe Billing renewal fails, under your business name, with the amount and a link to update their card. Replies go to your email address.

    Sign in to Creator Dunning

    Use your email and password, or create an account on the same page. The install is linked to the account you are signed in to.

    Approve the app in Stripe

    Stripe shows the permissions Creator Dunning asks for (events, customers, subscriptions, invoices and your account name, all read permissions) and the account it will be installed on.

    Back to your dashboard

    Stripe returns you to Creator Dunning. We import your current subscriptions and total the failed subscription payments of the last 90 days, then watch for new failures.

To remove it later, uninstall Creator Dunning in your Stripe Dashboard under Settings, Installed apps. We then stop reading your account and delete the app's access tokens.
